Does HR360 need special hardware for GPS attendance?
No. Employees use the HR360 app on their own Android or iOS phones. If you already have Hikvision terminals, you can connect those too and use both side by side.
What if there is no internet at the site?
HR360 supports offline marking. Attendance is recorded on the phone and syncs to your dashboard as soon as a connection is available.
How does HR360 stop proxy attendance?
Every check-in must be made from inside an approved geo-fenced location and is verified with a live selfie and timestamp, so one employee cannot clock in for another.
