This policy explains how HR360 Attendance ("HR360", "we", "us"), a product of Crestives Solution, 65, Street 3, G-10/2, Islamabad, Pakistan, collects and uses personal data through this website, the HR360 web application and the HR360 mobile apps.
1. Who is responsible for the data
When you contact us or request a demo, we decide how your data is used. When an organization (our "customer") uses HR360 to manage its employees, that organization decides what employee data is collected and why, and we process it on the customer's behalf and according to its instructions. Employees should contact their employer first about how their data is used.
2. Data we collect
Website and demo requests
- Name, work email, phone number, company, country, team size and the details you enter in our forms.
- Usage data collected through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location.
Customer and employee data processed in HR360
- Employee profile data, such as name, contact details, designation, department and joining date.
- Attendance data, including check-in and check-out times and the location of the device at the time of check-in (GPS), when the mobile app is used.
- A photo (selfie) taken at check-in, used to verify attendance.
- Attendance events from Hikvision face recognition, fingerprint or card terminals connected by the customer. [Confirm whether HR360 receives only attendance events, or any face templates or fingerprint data, and update this line.]
- Leave, timesheet, payroll, appraisal, recruitment, asset and vehicle records entered by the customer.
3. How we use data
- To provide, operate and support the HR360 service for our customers.
- To respond to demo requests and enquiries and to set up trials.
- To send service emails, such as notifications, payslips and reports configured by the customer.
- To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and improve the product.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Mobile app permissions
The HR360 app asks for location access to confirm that check-ins happen inside approved locations, and camera access to capture the check-in selfie. Location is used at the time of check-in and for visit tracking where the customer has enabled it. [Confirm whether location is collected in the background and describe it here.]
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run HR360 (such as hosting, email delivery and analytics), with the customer organization that the data belongs to, and where required by law. Service providers may only use the data to provide their services to us.
6. Retention
Customer data is kept for as long as the customer's account is active and then deleted or returned in line with our agreement with the customer. Demo request data is kept for [12 months] unless you become a customer. [Confirm retention periods.]
7. Security
Data is stored in the cloud using modern security practices, with regular backups and role-based access so that employees, managers and HR users only see information relevant to them.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@hr360attendance.com. If your data is held in HR360 by your employer, we will pass your request to them.
9. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
10. Children
HR360 is a business service and is not directed at children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
