These terms apply to your use of HR360 Attendance ("HR360"), provided by Crestives Solution, Islamabad, Pakistan. By creating an account or using HR360 you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
1. The service
HR360 is a cloud-based attendance, HR and payroll platform with web and mobile apps. Features available to you depend on your plan.
2. Trials and plans
New customers may use HR360 free for 14 days. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Starter and Ultimate are billed monthly in advance; Premium is priced by quotation. [Add payment methods, taxes and late-payment terms.]
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep account credentials secure and ensure users only access data they are authorized to see.
- Make sure you have a lawful basis, and give employees any notices required, for collecting their attendance, location, photo and biometric data.

4. Your data
You own the data you put into HR360. We process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy.
5. Availability and support
