Why choose HR360 over a traditional attendance system?

Does HR360 work with our biometric machines?
Yes. HR360 integrates with Hikvision face recognition, fingerprint and card terminals, and attendance appears in real time. It is included on every plan. You can also use terminals and the mobile app side by side.
Do we need to buy any hardware?
No. Staff can clock in from their own phones using GPS geo-fencing and selfie verification. Terminals are optional, for teams that already have them.
Can HR360 manage employees in multiple locations?
Yes. HR360 is built for multi-branch and mobile workforces. Offices, project sites, schools, factories and remote staff are all visible from one dashboard.
Can HR360 be customized for our organization?

Is our data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in the cloud with regular backups, and role-based access ensures employees, managers and HR only see information relevant to them.
Attendance & devices
Does HR360 need special hardware for GPS attendance?
No. Employees use the HR360 app on their own Android or iOS phones. If you already have Hikvision terminals, you can connect those too and use both side by side.
What if there is no internet at the site?
HR360 supports offline marking. Attendance is recorded on the phone and syncs to your dashboard as soon as a connection is available.
How does HR360 stop proxy attendance?
Every check-in must be made from inside an approved geo-fenced location and is verified with a live selfie and timestamp, so one employee cannot clock in for another.
Which devices does HR360 integrate with?
HR360 integrates with Hikvision face recognition, fingerprint and card swipe terminals. If you use another brand, tell us during your demo.
Is the Hikvision integration an extra cost?
No. Hikvision terminal integration is included on every HR360 plan.
